Prices are for the property per week in uk pounds. Towels/linen are provided and included in the weekly charge. Prices are inclusive of electricity/gas and wood*. *Winter bookings include 1/2 square metre of wood per week extra wood is provided at €45 sq metre.

A deposit of £150 will confirm your booking with balance payable 10 weeks before arrival or full payment for any bookings taken within 10 weeks of arrival. A refundable deposit against breakages of 150 euros/ £100 is required on arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure.** Please note the french goverment have introduced a taxe de sejour (tourist tax) at present the cost of this for our gîte is 60 centimes per adult per night. Children 12 and under and disable guests do not pay and should you have more than 3 children under 18 in your party you will receive a percentage reduction in this cost.
