Located in the heart of the Poitou Charentes our recently converted 19th century barn offers 2 spacious gîtes. It has been designed by an architect to provide flexible accommodation suitable for families or friends and has maintained many of its original features including exposed stone walls and oak beams. We are located in a small hamlet close to the tranquil town of Lezay which offers a large weekly market, good restaurants, supermarket, large outdoor swimming pool, park with play area and fishing lake. Set in the heart of the Poitou Charentes its an ideal base to explore this beautiful region of France.
Gîte 1 - sleeps up to 6- kitchen/dining room with patios doors leading out to the terrace, lounge with tv/dvd/video and woodburner. One double bedroom on the ground floor and a further twin and double on the first floor. There is also a large mezzanine with a sofa and table for board games. A large wetroom with wc and a further wc both on the ground floor.
Gîte 2 - sleeps upto 8 - large kitchen/dining room with french doors leading out to the courtyard garden, lounge with tv/dvd and woodburner. One double bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite wet room/wc and a seperate ground floor bathroom with bath/shower/wc.
Upstairs there is a double room and a twin room and a seperate mezzanine with two further single beds.
